Because of House rules negotiated for the 49-49 split and unwillingness to challenge those rules, there were not sufficient working family issues brought to the House floor for a vote to objectively assess Representatives’ support for labor and working families.  As a result all Representatives will receive an "incomplete" grade for the biennium.  What follows are the LIFETIME VOTING RECORDS for House members who were elected prior to the 99-00 biennium, and written comments on freshman members.
