Because of House rules
negotiated for the 49-49 split and unwillingness to challenge those rules, there
were not sufficient working family issues brought to the House floor for a vote
to objectively assess Representatives’ support for labor and working families.
As a result all Representatives will receive an "incomplete" grade for
the biennium. What follows are the LIFETIME VOTING RECORDS for House
members who were elected prior to the 99-00 biennium, and written comments
on freshman members.
