children in families at or below 250% of the federal poverty
level. Effective January 2009, eligibility is expanded to 300%

1244 (final passage) -- The workers’ compensation “hour
bank” bill, restoring the value of health benefits when
calculating workers’ compensation benefits. “Right” vote: YES.

establishing that nonmembers’ fees are not considered used for
political purposes when sufficient funds exist in the union’s
